Terms & Conditions

  1. These Terms and Conditions of Sale shall apply to all sales of Woll products by us to you.
  1. Price Lists, catalogues and other marketing material are only an indication of products and prices. 
  1. Prices - The trade prices listed are exclusive of VAT and are subject to amendment by us without notice. All listed SRP will be inclusive of VAT.
  1. Despatch - We aim to dispatch all orders within 3 working days, but we shall not be under any liability for any delay in despatch or delivery.  
  1.   Minimum Order - The minimum order for carriage paid is £300 ex VAT wholesale value.  All orders under this value will be subject to a carriage charge of £12.50 ex VAT.
  1. Payment - Payment in full will be required before despatch of goods.
  1. Return of Goods - Goods will only be accepted for return if prior consent has been agreed and a returns authorisation number issued. All products must be returned to us in their original packaging. Carriage will not be paid for the return of unwanted goods.                              
  2. Claims for Damage, Loss or Non-Delivery - Claims relating to the non delivery of goods must be made within 7 business days of order payment. Claims for damage, shortages or incorrect items must be made within 3 business days of receipt of goods. If the goods are assessed to be subject to a manufacturing fault, damaged in transit or incorrectly delivered, Blake and Bull will arrange replacement/credit.
  1. Liability - We shall be under no liability in respect of a delay in the manufacture or delivery of goods.
  1. Force majeure - We shall not be liable to you if our ability to fulfil our obligations to you has been delayed, hindered or prevented by force majeure as listed. Force majeure shall mean any circumstances beyond our control including but not limited to: Civil commotions, riots, war, rebellion, national or international emergencies, strikes and other labour disputes. Damage or destruction caused by natural events, floods, fires, explosions or breakdown of machinery. The shortage of labour, supplies, raw materials or equipment. An order of authorities whether local, national or international.      
  1. Guarantee - If a fault in manufacture or material defect is discovered with the product and we are notified within 30 days from the date of delivery, we will repair or at our discretion replace the defective item. This guarantee does not apply if the product has been utilised for any purpose other than those for which they are designed.
